James Bond Diet = no carbs after 4pm and exercise lots!

WHY DOES THIS WORK?

Exercise will speed up your metabolisim.

No Carbs after 4pm, because by the time they are digested it’s night and the body doesn’t need the energy, storing it as fat.

NOTE: this is best followed with a low GI diet.  In my experiance, if you are not on a low GI diet, your body will crave food or you will experience low and high spikes in energy.
