We meet in a café (during your lunch break) to run through what you want to achieve and what you have been doing. It’s a great time to ask questions you may have and I offer training tips or diet advice to help you. These meetings can help you stay focused & motivated as I clearly emphasize what you need to do.
I plan the sessions and you simply turn up (gym or outdoors). These are great for those that don’t have much time and just want to get the sessions done. I also use them to show/learn a something new or review session quality. It’s important to mention that I offer a tailored individual service but I strongly recommend training in pairs especially if you are training alone. If you would like a friend (or partner) to join your sessions I am happy for them to tag along, NO EXTRA FEE!
We evaluate where you are at and I tell you what is needed to get you where you want to be. Receive your Weekly Program and do it yourself. I will join ‘random session’s’ to hold you accountable to the program and monitor session intensity/quality.
